Ripoff company take your money, never send out merchandise

I placed an order on their website and it took them more than 2 weeks to verify my details and hence charge my credit card. On their website it said that it would take 3 to 7 business days for my order to get to me. That's the biggest lie i have ever heard because i have been waiting for my order for nearly 3 weeks now and still have not received it.By the way when you email them or post a complaint on their website they NEVER get back to you.

I cannot mention the number of times i've tried getting in touch with them by email, through their website or by phone. Also the 1st couple of times i tried calling them i was able to get through to them and this is not surprising to see because they hadn't charged my card yet. After they had charged my card i tried to call them and get a UPS tracking no. For my order but on two occasions someone picked up the phone and hung up on me and on the rest of the occasions i have had to put up with their annoying automated system. To sum it all up DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY PROVIDE THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I am hoping my credit card company will help me get my money back. They are thieves and unfortunately their website does not show this. They'll take your money as soon as you place your order, and you WILL NOT get anything in return for it.
