Localphone.com totally rips off people. I signed on with them because I was looking for a good company to place international calls through and put 5.00 worth of time on the account to just try it out and they charged me two charges... One for 18.32 and one for 14.68. I sent messages to them but no one ever contacted me about this no matter how many times I have written to them. Stay away from them. They are frauds.
