Scamming Monthly Charges

For the past 4 months, American Leisure has taken $14.95 out of our checking account. I have not authorized this transaction. Each time, I ahve called the phone number listed on the transaction (which by the way, says Current Rewards), and only get a recording, I try to cancel through the phone, but am still getting charged. I have tried to cancel via the website, but the website does not work. I am very frustrated, and want to know what my next step should be.
