Ripoff, swindler, took my money and ran!

I signed up two accounts with WorldWebHosters.com for fun sites, and everything was fine for a few weeks. Then one day both of my sites disappeared — that is, all the content was erased. I contacted them, and they said they hadn't done anything. Since the hosting is cheap, I accepted it as a cost of doing things on a budget. That happened again a couple more times, but all I had to do was reload the site, so I just grinned and bore it. Also, every time this happened, any email I had on the server was deleted, so I had to stop using the email accounts due to their unreliability.
A month or so ago, however, one of the sites went down in a different way. I can still FTP in and see my files, but the domain doesn't link to the files any more — there must be a server config problem. Fine, except now nobody will reply to my emails at all. I write them every 1-3 days and repeat my message, but they never respond. I've even started calling the numbers listed under WHOIS for that domain... I wonder if they're out of business. But since they have no contact information, all I can do is shout into the darkness.
I've decided to try to make enough better-business-bureau style reports until I get their attention or get a more direct way to contact them. If you give them your money, you're gambling on whether you'll actually get the services they promise!
