Paid for a myspace design and recieved NOTHING! Hollywood

I found Brand my band of google. I noticed that they did graphic design for myspaces which I needed. When I originally spoke with Jason, who was the owner/designer he was very friendly and assured me that I would be satisfied with the product as I felt good about this. I sent him payment thru paypal and he gladly took the money. Over the next couple months he was not as friendly, hardly ever answered my emails and calls that pertained to me getting what i paid for.

I decided to dispute the transaction with PayPal because it had been 3 months and I hadn't receive the MySpace design which I paid $250 for. I ended up losing the dispute and Jason then assured me that he would give me my money's worth and finish my MySpace. Again he's failed to return my messages and now I have officially been ripped off. Please beware or JASON KETCHMARK and BRANDmyBAND as they will talk a big game to entice you, make false promises and gladly STEAL your money.
