Are Cheats! Fraud Theft cheat rip-off illegal

Just the other day for the first time in about 2 or 3 weeks i went online to check my account balance at regions because my debit card had been declined! At first I thought that it might just be an error on my part but after reviewing the online statement I came across 2 checks! I use my debit card for everthing. I even pay my electric bill with it! So a check was something that I did not expect to find. After pulling up snapshots of the checks I realized that not only did I not under stand where the charges for $33.98 or $17.96 had come from but that I had never herd of the company! When I called the 866 number the first time I gave them my social sercurity number and then with out warning was placed back on hold! Then when I called again I told the man I spoke with that I had already filed fruad charges against the company thru my bank. When I asked to speak with a manager my request was denied and then he hung up the phone! Now that this company has cost me over $150.00 I have been advised to cancel my checking account and creat a new one so that the company can not take any more money! This is far from over!
