Demeaning ripoff scamartists victimized many consumers

In April my husband was surfing the web. This companies site for payed porn popped up. My husband tried to close the pop up. Turns out it downloaded and installed itself. He never clicked on accepting terms. He was out of work and not stupid enough to accept a $5 a minute service.

The company has sent me, since everything is in my name a very nice $419 bill for services. I never authorized this, and I am the authorizer on my phone and computer service, they assume it is authorized when the agreement is clicked on I was told. It was never clicked. According to their representative, I was told this was not possible.

I was made to feel like a fool and that my husband would lie to me, which he doesn't and would not spend $400 when there was no income and we are a family of 4.

The only reason the bill wasn't higher was that he realized the next day while online that this service was running, but he never actually saw any of this paid porn. I have always tried to keep my credit good and we are trying to get a house. I refuse to pay this bill, so now they get to ruin my credit.
