False info

I paid $39.95 fo a search on a family member. Search came up no good. All info was atleast 20 yrs old. The website states that if you are not happy with the results they would refund you your money. After talking to rep for this website they said they would give me $20 back. After argueing that it says a refund not a partial refund & that they were scamming people and giving out useless info. The rep said would give me $30 dollars back. Threaten with reporting them to the BBB and asked for a manager. The rep puts me on hold and states that they will give me the full refund. Closed account with them. Did get my money back but only after arguing for several mins.

This website is misleading. They should state that info can be over 20 yrs old. And useless. That if your are not satisfied they will give you a partial refund. Not a refund, which suggest that you get all your money back.
