Charged me $36 without consent

I recently paid for a 3 day pass on mylife, That's all I wanted.
On the fourth day I was looking at my bank account and they had taken another $36.00, I called them mad as hell, the guy I talked to said it was plain that I would pay the $36 if I didnt call. I told him that if it was plain, it would have
I told him they were pretty tricky and that I wanted my money back, He said I would only get part of it back. I think they have a pretty good scam going.
