Fraudulent Service Charge on Phone Bill

Looking over the phone bill noticed an $15.85 charge for a messgaging service I did not authorize or need. I called and was informed that the order was placed last month online by a relative (who died in 2004)! I insited that the service be stopped immediately as I had no use for such a servive and then had to LOUDLY stop her while she tried to "sell" me other services, like a $500 gift certificate. The woman said an she would send an "report" the the "head office" and cancell the order. Does anyone know if I will I need to contact my attorney?
