Ripoff fraud business

March ordered software from this company.

I contacted the company after a week went by and I had not received my order. The rep told us that because they ground ship their products it takes a while to receive the products.

I am usually not a sucker but I gave them a chance since I've never had any problem receiving products ordered on line. It is now May no product. I contacted my credit card company to report this infraction and hopefully they can help me get my money back. This was an expensive lesson. Always look for a better business bureau sign on any web site that is selling a product and do your research before ordering. I am livid!
