2-Year Contract?

I am attempting to stop my Hughesnet support since we're shifting to a place that provides broadband (THANK GOD!). Hughesnet hurts... It is only sucks. Slower than dial up sometimes. After I attempted to stop nowadays, the hardly British-talking guy about the point stated I registered to get a 2-yr contract term commitment. I am confident it was never mentioned or delivered to my interest AS my rental rent was for just one-year COMPANY. I actually donot think I skipped the fine-print whilst the offer was created within the telephone. I am also informed that I've to pay for the delivery price to come back the meal. I told him I am aware I purchased the meal. The reimbursement is $200. The first phrase charge to interrupt the agreement is $400. Other people have this problem?
