Scam—larceny—thieves—worst kind of criminal

I rec'd a call from an agent informing me that we were on a 30 day evaluation period for their services. I promptly informed them that we were NOT interested, at which time the agent said they would leave the evaluation to run and contact me before starting any subscription.

Having never heard back, I started to contact the co. To make sure that no fees would be charged. The phone number is one of those that put you on hold and never answer and no e-mail address is available.

I finally found a number on ripoff and contacted the cancellation office at which time i was notified that the first month's billing 74.95 was already processed. If i can find a way, i will file a complaint with the fcc, the phone co., and anyone else that may help.
