No kit, just a scam

I got caught with this scam! I paid the $1.95 expecting a "kit" like what is advertise since I provided my mailing address. Never received anything but an additional $81 charge. When I called to dispute, the cust rep said their was a 7-day free trial and because I didnt cancel I was charged the monthly fee. Free trial of what? I never received anything. I was told that I will be refunded my $81 and then they hung up. I called right back to verify and the next rep said my account was cancelled and to give it a few days. One week later still nothing. I called again and this next rep said it was non-refundable and would not do anything to help but it was in the terms and conditions. When I explained that I never received anything via mail, he said everything was sent via email. When I told him I never received any emails, he said that my spam setting is my problem. Wouldn't even provide me with additional information, no phone number, address, or success rate. When I asked to be transferred to someone who can give me that information, he was very rude and threatened to hang up on me. I did later find out that the terms and conditions were automatically checked for me and so I never even noticed to read it. This is a scam and I also have asked the better business bureau to investigate them.
