Vicky Hatfield, Robert Fitzgerald, David Foster And Colin Spencer Fake Private Lenders, Loan Scam, Rip Off Company

We made the mistake of trusting this company. We were trying to get a personal loan of 10 thousand to take care of some personal business and were desperate. We were given an loan agent Vicky Hatfield was was reached at 1-800-963-8969 Ext 154. She emailed us loan documents signed by Colin Spencer CEO and we sent them back along with the documents that was needed to complete our loan. When we were approved and then sent them the upfront collateral fee, which I did question. But Vicky Hatfield said that is was normal because they were private lenders. We sent them the money by Western Union to an Robert Fitzgerald in the amount of $1079.25. We were supposed to be direct deposited within the week.

We never received the money and when we called Vicky Hatfield, she said that due to an computer glitch, we were entered as prior customers and we had to get the insurance coverage that would cover our policy if something would happen where we couldn't pay the bill. But being it wasn't our fault that the insurance company would pay $500.00 towards the amount and that we would only have to pay $700.00 of it. We received an insurance coverage document signed by David Spencer, Insurance Adjuster. Well we sent the $700.00 by Money Gram to Robert Fitzgerald and waited for our deposit.

Again it never happened and we called again, several times... Vicky Hatfield never answered our calls and we were forwarded to customer service. When we spoke to costumer service and they informed us that Vicky Hatfield could not authorize the $500.00 dollars for the insurance coverage and that we would have to pay the rest of the money. I question this and the customer service supervisor said it was due to my husbands credit score and if we wanted the loan we wold have to send the rest of the money. I wanted to speak to someone else, I even asked to speak to Robert Fitzgerald but was hung up on. Well I called back very angry now and told them we wanted all of our money back and we were cancelling our loan... Were told that it wasn't possible to deposit the money right away and that it took days to process.

Well after the seven days we called back and was told that we had misunderstood the information. And that they never do a direct deposit that it was mailed out to our address, and they had sent it out that Monday and we should have receive it in a few days. Well it never came and now we have tried to call several times and all we get is a automated GOODBYE...

We are so confused on what to do next. I just wanted to let others know what these people are up too... They are scammers don't fall for their lies. And I hope that they can be stopped... We are looking into filing a suit against them.
