I ordered a CD to work from home. They started to take $72.21 Plus $. 58 from my account

I ordered a CD for under $3.00, which was supposed to give me information on selling online. I was not aware they were going to remove money from my checking account every month. There is a VISA International service charge of $. 58 also charged with the $72.21. I have been layed off from my job and was looking for a way to make an income, not get rich quick. It is apparent these people have figured a way to get rich at the expense of others in need.
