I wish I'd read usacomplaints.com before buying! This is a company that advertises file download, as well as support.

After subscribing and paying, the file you were seeking (in my case a *. Pdf file showing the cutaway view of a car door so I can repair it) appears nowhere in their list, and there is NO way to contact them for support.

The usacomplaints.com I accessed indicates that they will hit your card for #39.95 a month, so now I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one to prevent it.

DO NOT ever buy anything from them - you WILL get ripped off! After signng up, only then do you find that they are some kind of a porn file service, instead of a site to download the tech manual I was trying to get.
