They scammed me out of $197.00

I purchased a subscription from this company back on the 13th of May of this year. After I filled out the validation form, the $197.00 registration fee was immediately deducted from my bank checking account, but was on hold until the 18th of May. I processed two forms the very first day that I signed up. But I looked at my Clickbank account and did not see where I made some money. So I sent them an email, but waited several days for them to answer. I gave it a try several more times. But they sent me an email on the June 5th saying that I made money and they could not grant me an email. So I checked my Clickbank account and saw that all I made was $4.10. I thought I made more than that because I processed about four or five forms by this time. So I gave it more of a try, but decided to ask for a refund anyway. I told them that I wasn't happy with their service, but they refuse to give me a refund. I complain about the customer service that I was getting from them. I can't reach them by phone. I have to submit an email message to them. They take days to answer my emails. And I've just got tired of playing their games. So I've decided to take them to court to get my money back. I'm going to go to small claims court in Atlanta, GA today and file a claim against them.
