PC Shield
Suddenly appeared on my computer at sign-on and has completely blocked my access

When I booted my computer on June 15, PC Shield advertisement kept popping up, blocking me from

1. Getting on-line
2. Re-setting my computer to an earlier date (HP)
3. Adjusting my start-up settings
4. Basically rendering my computer useless.

All my attempts to contact them through their site resulted in nothing. I still cannot access my computer.
