Unauthorized charges

I was directed to this company through clicking a link on Zynga Games on facebook. The website offered handmade jewelry for $9 and free shipping. When I made this initial purchase I was not aware that I was joining a club. This company has charged my bank card 7 TIMES for $68 each. I found out by randomly checking my account balance and notice a MAJOR difference in my balance. On the screen that the link takes you to there are terms and conditions.in the terms and conditions it states that the membership charges bi-monthly. When you go to the shopdani.com website, the terms and conditions are also stated but in a different way. The initial ordering screen leaves out the detail that they can send you shipments more frequent than twice a month. DO NOT buy from this company. This company is scamming people. I called my bank and canceled my card before they can deplete my funds. I called the company and the man told me that I had joined a club and had agreed to the charges. I told him I had not authorized those charges and he told me to read the terms and conditions. Well, WHICH ONES? I found this site and a few others that I wish I had discovered before I had done business with this company. I see that many people have had a similar story to mine. Has anyone had any success in getting their money back from this company? I went to the Better Business Bureau website and found that there are many people that are being scammed from this company called Peel, Inc. They own many different websites. I am waiting to see how my situation turns out before I contact both of those organizations. If this company gives me the run around I will not hesitate to contact those agencies myself. I hope that this complaint keeps other people from being scammed the way that I and over 800 more people have.
