This Tech Company Has No Clue What They Are Doing!

I hired these tech guys last week to fix my computer. After 5 hours of playing around remotely on my computer they could not fix the problem. They suggested I needed a newer version of Microsoft Office 2007. I purchased it and they installed it. After an initial check the first problem with Outlook seemed to be working, but now I cannot send out any emails. When I called back, they said I was "outside the warranty period." I am now stuck with Outlook which does not wrok and will have to hire another company to fix. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE BUFOONS and have no idea what they are doing!
