Stay away from Modern Marketing Sytems in Phoenix Arizona. They are a predator company and a scam. Their salesman, Michael Douglas, who makes light of his name because it is the same as the late TV host, Michael Douglas sold me a package of nine microsites (information sites) on the internet that he promised would produce $90.00-$150.00 per month per site or $3.00-$5.00 per day per site. He promised I would pay no hosting fees for the first twelve months, and that my sites would start producing income after the first 60-90 days. After 60 days I called because I had received no revenue and I was told by their customer service person Sara Spence that the sites would need another 60 days and Modern Marketing Systems 'Technical Support Team' would work on my sites and enhance and optimize them. After the additional 60 days no changes on my sites had been produced and there was still $0.00 revenue. I called and talked to Sara Spence again and asked for my initial investment of $3000.00 back and she said she could not help me, I would have to talk to JIM FORD the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR. She said she would have him call me. I never got that phone call, so after two days I called Jim Ford, got voice mail, and left a message demanding my money back. I have called him many times now and left many voice messages. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix Arizona, but this company is not an accredited business and does not have to comply with the BBB. I recently filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona. I have filed disputes regarding the charges on my credit cards for my inital investment of $3000.00. I do not get calls back from Modern Marketing Systems, other than Jim Ford called me 2x and left fast voice mails stating that he called back. I have called them many times. I have requested my money back many times. I get no achknowlegement of my complaints and no acknowledgement of my requests for a refund. This company is all about consumer theft and usage. Stay away from them!!! Modern Marketing Systems is a scam!
