NicheSocializer did not honour Refund request

Andrew X and Steven Lee Jones from Nichesocializer, company name, Viper Marketing have not honoured my refund request of $1191. I have not installed and used there software. When asking for there help on this and logging support tickets, they simply delete the tickets and ignore them. I do not want there software anymore, I just want my money back.

Another customer also listed a complaint about them at usacomplaints.com. BUYERS and customers of Nichesocializer, BEWARE, you will not be refunded!!!

I've now repeatedly asked them for a refund and they are ignoring me.
