My Profit Investment Unauthorized credit charges - don't even know who these people are! Internet

This company charged my crad $81.32 and then $1.95 and I dont even know who they are. That might ot seem liike much, but I'm kind of strapped right now. I was clost to my limit, at the grocery store, and my card got declined. I found out why when I called my credit card. Now I'm paying over the limit fees, They are closing my account, and I can't get anybody from this stupid company to answer the phone. If I knew who they were... I dont even want to say!!!
