Sent activated card with 250.00 credit limit, with 178.00 of thier charges on it. Ripoff

They sent me a card, already activated, with a $250.00 credit limit, that they had already charged me $178.00 on. I did apply for the card on the internet. I dont remeber seeing any of the charges on the app. I dont want it, I have not used it, and I dont trust them enough to cut it up and send it back. Has anyone had any luck with this?
