Scam! / FRAUD $6,000 for Marketing Expenses? Related Cashing in on Auctions

I was contacted by Robert Aguayo from Success Star Marketing through this Cashing in on Auctions business. I was told that he was going to help me get my online business up and running and making money for me. I was also told that people where making large sums of money per month. I was hoping for a couple of hundred.

Anyway he told me that he was going to put money on my credit cards for marketing expenses and immediately after do a credit settlement. He told me that the money he was going to put on my cards was considered "business start-up capitol" and that the credit card company would use this as a write-off, and that he would actually settle my credit debt for less than it originally was. I was of course very skeptical but he reassured me that all his clients do this and that it was natural to be worried. Not to mention that he called me constantly in the first week or two before I came to a decision about all this.

Bottom line he put $6,144 on two of my credit cards, maxing the two of them out. He lead me on for about two months saying that his "team" was working on the settlement. So I was forced to pay these minimums that went from $23 to $125 each. Which I informed him that I could not afford to pay. He even told me during that time that he had a $700 check for me that my business had made. No surprise I never saw that either.

It became increasingly hard to reach him over the phone. Until he wouldn't return my calls at all. I called him everyday for about a month and a half. It's now 6 months later (from date of being paid) no settlement, business hasn't made any money and I'm stuck with outrageous card minimums. Don't know what to do now.
