Scam company beware California

I finally got enough credit to get my 80 gig PS3. Sent for submit review 4 days later no response. Sent message wanting to know why no response then I was canceled. Now can't even login, it took me over a year for my time getting people to sign up. Now its time for my system canceled, it states Your account has been closed for violating our Terms and Conditions. After it time for my reward. If i was in violation why wait until it's time for them to pay so i say scam, scam, scam
