I ordered for a Druid to be Powerlevel from lvl 1 to 80, they need not deliver what was on the order China

I order a Druid to be power leveled from 1 to 80, it was a great deal must have caught before they raised their prices.

The order was:
lvl 80
10K in gold
cold weather flying skill
first aid to 450
2 Professions to 450
set of teir 7 gear w / weapon
all flight points opened

This is what I got
lvl 80
3K in gold
no cold weather flying skill (only 225 riding skill)
first aid to 400 w / heavy frostweave manual in my bags (no frostweave cloth)
no professions at all
no tier gear
very few Flight points opened

They finally made it lvl 80 after getting the account banned 3 times and I had to beg Blizzard to get it back.

I talked with customer service, they said they could not level anymore because the account may be banned again. So when I asked for compensation on all the stuff that I was missing, customer service said they could give me a discount the next time I order from them (if you dont produce what someone orders they WILL NOT order from you again).

But all in all I noticed what happened. Since my order they had raised prices for their leveling and basically what I got is what my money would pay for now, rather than when I order it.
