Com Got my account banned and don't care about their customers! Rip off! Internet

I decided to powerlevel my World of Warcraft character as to catch up to a few of my friends levels. I thought that this could make the game much more fun. As I don't have as much free time as many of my friends however I thought I would use a powerleveling service to catch up. I decided upon www.powerleveling-wow.com... This was my first mistake! Obviously I have been banned but what annoys me most is that this company used all three warnings that Blizzard dish out and got busted three times all for the same reason! Botting! They assure you that the service is done by their best powerlevelers but upon logging onto another account to check how my own character was going during the leveling process I noticed all the traits of botting. Of course I cannot prove this but the three warnings all for the same thing speak for itself!
Long story short They got caught, my account got banned and I was pretty unhappy about it so I used their live chat services to talk to someone about what had happened. They're english is terrible and it is obvious that they cannot understand half the things you say to them. I asked what were my options now that the account had been banned and they said for me (in a broken english type of way) to go and purchase a new pack and expansion and they will continue leveling and will now only make me a level 40 as they had already paid the leveler for the levels he had done (I ordered a 1-70 huge package with all the trimmings). I said that this was unfair as it was their mistakes that got my account banned even when they had previously guaranteed the safety of my account. Why should I pay for two new games AND only get not even half of what I paid for! They refused to give in on this matter so I asked for a refund if they would not give me the product I ordered. They stated that they do not have the money anymore! What type of business is that!
They have since upped the level they will allow to 55 but I am not satisfied with paying top dollar for a basic character. They got caught at a low level and were yet to attempt many things in game that allowed for all those cool extras I paid for, why should they take all my money for those things as well when they hadn't even attempted it yet! They don't try their hardest to keep your account safe. This was obvious in the fact that my character was botting and continued to bot even though they got warned for it and told by me on two occasions that this is what it was for, even showing them the official blizzard email! If they really cared for the customer they would have stopped and did it properly. They were also online for days on end, which is more proof of botting and simply ridiculous as it immeaditely draws blizzards attention to your character. If they cannot deliver the service I paid for then all I want is a refund for services I will now never be able to use. I will keep you all updated to the progress... If there is any!
