Webmistress makes false promises in order to get you to join her site

The webmistress of www.jaydegreen.com will make some pretty steep promises in order to get you to join her website. Once CCBill has charged you and taken your oney, she will not keep those promises and cite that "you were promised a website and nothing more" though the conversation via email will dictate something different. Once you complain they will not even both responding to you.

The fee isnt large, but it is principle. It is unfair to make a promises and not keep it, and trick someone out of their money just for their own ends.
