I purchased a CD online from fye.com for $12.82 when i got it in the mail the first thing i noticed when i opened it was the back of the CD, it had what appeared to be dried markings from some sort of liquid substance so when i tried to play it at least half the songs skipped over and over again! So i filled out the return request form online and return the defective CD in expectation that i would receive a FULL refund as there policy states: "that all defective items would be refunded the full amount including shipping and handling" well, i only received $9.83 on my debit card now I'm going to have to contact my bank. Anyone looking to purchase from fye.com beware! Go to Wxxx instead.
