Complete Scam!

This company (if you want to call it that), is a scam!

I had a check go through my account for the amount of $17.97 which I did not authorize. At the time the check went through I did not have the funds in that account to cover it so in turn my account was charged an overdraft fee of $36.00.

I called the number to find out what the charge was for and how I could get my money back and after being on hold a total of 11 minutes listening to some automated recording of how great this company is, I finally got a CSR who asked me for my SS#. How sick is that. Did she really think I was going to give her that info after you just STOLE my money?

Anyway she, (her name was Justine), kept telling me that she could not pull up any information with just my name, she would need my social. Again I told her that I was not giving her that and asked to speak to a supervisor. Justine got angry and told me that the supervisor couldn't do anything either if I didn't want to give my social and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me!

I think everyone who is affiliated with this scam of a company should face charges and have their accounts wiped out and give everyone who has been affected by them their money back plus an additional stipend for the hassle.

For anyone who comes in contact with any information about this place... RUN and if you are like me who didn't sign up for anything and had never heard of this place, well be ready to fight tooth and nail.
