Refused to remove an erroneous address. Though acknowledged that I had paid them prior to its being placed on my list. If The City Name Does Not Appear, Please Enter

They took money several thousands of dollars (app.$20.00/month/12 months per 8 years) from my bank account for eight years and then refused to investigate addresses which appeared on my fact list unless I paid them $99.99. They didn't even have my correct email address which mad it impossible to cancel my account via the Internet. They did absolutely nothing to earn their money and when asked to do something they told me it would cost me nearly $100. Additional dollars.
