Stole some work I had done and used on his website without paying me what was due

I work as a freelance developer, and had a project through rentacoder with Mark. It was to design a frontend for a simple application. I did so, but the project was canceled because the buyer was refusing to conclude it, constantly demanding more tweaks etc. Etc. - I received full copyright, obviously.

Now, a few months on, the buyer is using my work on their site, infringing on the copyright of my work.

All I can say is don't trust this Mark and certainly don't trust anything he produces or advocates!
