I was ripped off for a cd i paid for-1.98-which was returned and they took 59.95 out of my bank account

I purchased a grant search cd-1.98 from the above mentioned, when it would not run in my pc i returned it. I got my bank statement yesterday to find out they had charged my bank account 59.95 i confronted the bank and then the fraud divison
