Modem downloads at 10 kbs should be 6mb disconnect constant

Okay so my pc hasn't been steady since time 1. Technicians came out and began taking a look at facebook on my pc but didnt repair it. Im schizophrenic bi-polar. They breached thier agreement with sluggish rates and disconnects, but nonetheless held me inside it. I dont understand how to express the psychological suffering they set me through. Every single day every half an hour a remove, every single day 10kb download rates. Years
