Crams your phone bill if you acknowledge your over 18 and in a posistion to make purchases

Be Aware;Lock your phone lines.in our opinion we found an eronious charge on our Frontier phone bill, and called Frontier to find out what it was. They said it was a service by ZWW-ISP (AKA) Zip Web, and I asked why were they authorized to use my account. To our surprise we found out that zip web had called our shop phone, and my son answered. Having been raised to be polite when they asked if he was over 18 and if he was authorized to purchase he said yes. Zip Web's operator started a speil on the internet service they offered-my son was working and needed to get back to his job so as Zip Web's operator (with a foreign accent) kept babling he said he thought he'd hung up and went about his work. To our surprise the fact that he used the word yes when asked a direct question about his age and position-constituted a purchase. Frontier informed me about an apeal process for those charges and I pursued it. We were sent a recording of the call and in our opinion found it obvious that he never said yes to any purchase of anything, but did note Zip Webs caller rambled on and never sought any confirmation. Zip Web said they found the charges legitimate and would not issue a refund.in our opinion we deserve a refund, but what if anything can be done?
