I sent my textbook (valued at $40) to this company promising to pay within a week. None of my e-mails have been answered. I honestly do not think your "e-mail" goes anywhere because the web browser address doesn't change, the page just refreshes. I mailed my package on May 6th and confirmed with UPS it was delivered to: A Book Company LLC, 2415 Palumbo Dr, Lexington, KY 40509 on May 11th.

Long story short, this website is a rip-off. I kept the UPS shipping label, so I'll keep writing every day. Even though it's only $40, it's the principal of keeping a promise to a consumer.

I have to admit though, when creating my account they asked if I preferred a mailed check versus direct deposit into my bank account. I requested a check be mailed versus giving them my bank account number. I remember thinking, what kind of company asks for that anyway when PayPal is safer and easily accessable? Key indicator of a possible scam.
