Computer Dave
Represented themselves as a computer set-up/troubleshooter service

We entrusted the company called "Computer Dave" to help us purchase an I Mac and transfer information from our PC to our Mac. He was to upgrade our new system and transfer information from our PC to our Mac. Our Mac was so fumbled that we ended up taking it to Apple with the hard drive (which they would have transferred free of charge with a new machine) and they had to reorganize my data. My Mac was in such terrible condition that the Apple people wondered who performed the job so they could keep it ion their list who NOT to recommend.

He continually charged for this excuse of a transfer. He gave an invoice when he delivered the equipment which we paid in full and which included the transfer. He didn't complete the transfer and then charged additional fees when we didn't have all of our information. He continued to make excuses that our hard drive was too damaged yet he charged us anyway and we were able to recover our information from another company.

Upon delivering our computer, he was rude and unthinking and parked in the driveway in a blind spot behind our middle garage. Since he took so much time delivering the equipment, because he didn't know what he was doing, the homeowner had to dash out and pick up a child from school. Bashed into his car, since the car was undetected from the garage, and now had to pay for insurance costs in addition to Computer Dave's inflated fees.

Do not hire computer dave or you may find yourself paying high fees for little value received and a lot of headaches.

He is very unprofessional, condescending, and doesn't know his business but knows how to charge!
