I purchase bio kleen bac out from this website on april 5th. I paid through paypal so they recieved payment immidiately. I was deducted the amount of 12.50 from my bank account. I waited almost two weeks before wondering where my product was. When I contacted the company, all I got was this answering machine. I called seven times after each time I left my number. I wrote numerous times. I contacted the BBB, I also filed a claim with Paypal. I have not recieved anything from them and they have not answered to paypal. I did some research online and found this website. THIS COMPANY runs several different websites and the name on the billing statements is this address and two have the identical phone number for contact. Each individual has spent alot more than myself and they have not recieved any product. But the money was taken through paypal. It is very sad that there is no protection for us customers against these websites. I would suggest doing an elaborate background check before spending your money. Do not trust this website or others with this address
