I thought I was paying $7.95 and they charged my Visa Card $70.80

I needed to print from a PDF file and needed something like Adobe Reader. I found this on the internet and thought they did the same thing. I thought I was being charged $7.95. A one time fee and they charged my Visa Card $70.80. I had already deleted them from my computer, and put in remarks that I wanted my money back. I have not had a response from them. This has to be a scam, because I did not authorize for them to take that amount.
