Operator declined to refund despite the fact that the web site claims it will refund cash till documented to PayPal, subsequently delivered a contact to send it back and he'll return, then states he'll not refund on the used item though it isn't. Their e-mail claims don't send back (sic) I'll not return anything. Really Misleading Business, DON'T PURCHASE from their website. Despite delivering him an image of the disk showing it's Individual National just, he changes his tale again and again. Last tale, "Produce set Wong Wable on Disk" a genuine Criminal!
