Took money from my credit card with garuntee of payback

This company said it would not charge my credit card for 24 hours unless i made money. They charged my card at once two days later they credited my account with clickbank for $4.10 and nothing further they need to be liable for my $197.00 dollars on my credit card. Thease people should be prosecuted for fraud and sent to jail. Im sure im not the only one who has been taken in by THIS SCAM!!!
