They took my money before I was making money. No answer to several e-mails

They lied about not taking money out of my account until i was making money. I emailed them several times with problems and questions but got no response back. I did see 4.11 in the clickbank account but nothing more so this must be their so called making money but you can't set up any other affiliate companies to make more.
I even when i tried to sign back in to my so called account. It keeps telling me that it is invalid and won't let me in.
