Give 60 day return on CD collections, then when returned, they claim they never received the item and refuse to refund. I sent mine with delivery confirmation whihc was confirmed by customer service which then agreed to refund. Then I received notice in the mail that no refund will be given due to late return. Total runaround. Don't trust them.
