Ripped me off $64US refuse to refund

Internet & Web

As others I have been duped by e-millionaire ad on facebook - they say pay a small fee ($1.95 US) to find out all about their product which supposedly is some on-line home based business. E-millionaire ad claims once you pay the $1.95 they will send you a cd explaining further, the cd never comes in the meantime e-millionaire charge you a rate of a couple of dollars a day for a service you never use, they claim the charge is in the small print - the next thing you know is 4-5 weeks later your credit card gets a slug for $50 or $60US - I have tried to get refund, they keep asking for details, which I give them but they just send email that the request has been closed, yet I don't get refund - took me 2 months to cancel - have reported to Visa (I used a Visa card) but they say its a valid transaction and they wont do anything - i've contacted Fair Trade here in Oz but they say its a USA based company and nothing they can do.

Question has anyone used the 'consumer complaints' Revenge Guide yto get money back from e-millionaire.

I am writing to facebook to block this company adversting on facebook, suggest others do same. Also try writing to the USA Federal Trade Commission.
