No Service or response from Flikr - Pro Account membership

Flikr is without question has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a company, period! I have been trying to get access to my pictures for over 3 weeks now, sent a dozen e-mails to their support address, provided them with all information they requested, and a copy of the e-mail THEY sent to ME showing my payment and order# for my upgrade to a PRO membership. Here I am still 3 weeks latr, and I cannot access my pictures because my account is still listed as a FREE account! I am now not even getting a reply when I e-mail to see what is going on. There are no phone #'s listed ont thier site, so I cannot reach anyone about the problem. I am frustrated beyond belief and cannot beleive this is how Flikr treats people who upgrade to a PRO account! Absolutely pathetic customer service, or should I say NON-EXISTENT customer service! If anyone out there has had this problem besides me I would appreciate any and all advice on how I can get this resolved. I have all but given up on getting Flikr to do anything, and I have hundreds of pictures on their site that I no longer even have access to!!!
