Complete survey and are informed the survey has been concluded already

This is the second time I have been contacted by game-surveys.com informing me if I take a quick survey I will be rewarded with a $5.00 amazon or paypal credit. The first time I took the survey it took me about 15 minutes with an official looking secure site. Upon concluding the 20 or so questions it says that the survey has been concluded already with no payment and no other options except to try another survey another time.

So I figured it was a fluke and there was something wrong with their webpage or something and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Then I was contacted today with the same kind of survey, which I completed and AGAIN the same thing happens; a page comes up that says the survey has already been concluded.

If a survey is concluded already then why am I being allowed to start it at all? I mean, if I'm already doing the survey then how can it be concluded WHILE I'm already doing it?

By not informing me at the start that the survey in question is already concluded they are fraudulently obtaining information from me that they CLEARLY are using for monitary gain, as most of the questions are game or system specific, ie. Sony, microsoft, etc.

I don't think I have many options but I figured it never hurts to let people know about my complete disgust with this situation.
