On 4/12/09 I contacted the company at kona island to buy some internet hours through my week vacation to use my laptop in the island I had the internet for less than 2 hours and it never worked after that I kept calling through the thirteens of the same month asking them to help me to have a wireless connection back but it did not happend I told them that fine charg -me for one day which is $ 12.95 so they gave me a cancellation reference #

After my vacation I discovered that I was charged for the whole amount I email customer support my email was returned back, I try to call them for half hour waiting on the phone but no body was answering, that a ripoff.
