No refund and given the runaround

I bought an FX product called BREAKTHROUGH PROFIT CREATIONS and have been given the run around for over a month now. I signed up for their $1 subscription and cancelled before the month was up and they billed me anyway. Since then I have been trying, unsuccessfully to get my money back. Has anyone had any success in getting their money back and if so how?
